Job Summary:

Experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Business Development who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and leadership, with a focus on achieving results and fostering team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and revenue growth
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed defined sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Client Engagement: Oversee the client engagement process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction through professional viewings and consultations
  • Reporting and Analytics: Lead the production of timely and accurate sales reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing loyalty and encouraging repeat business
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs
  • License Agreement Oversight: Ensure the accurate preparation and compliance of license agreements, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and legal adherence
  • Outreach Initiatives: Strategically engage with third-party agents and broker partners to enhance product awareness and expand market reach
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the Assistant Manager and Executive BD team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement
  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduation/ Master in any related specialised field
  • At least 8-10 years of successful sales experiences and management experiences in relevant industries or job roles
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Energetic, sociable and target-driven
  • Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work hands-on
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities to build strong sales pipelines
  • Ability to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
  • Ability to negotiate with decision-makers
