Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Community and Partnerships Manager to support TEC’s engagement across the Middle East. The role focuses on driving B2B and B2B2C partnerships, curating impactful community experiences, and elevating Member satisfaction. Through strategic collaboration, event execution, and stakeholder engagement, the Manager will support business growth, amplify brand visibility, and strengthen TEC’s strategic position in the Middle East.
Responsibility:
Community Engagement & Member Experience
- Curate and execute a calendar of high-impact events aligned with Member interests and business goals.
- Build strong rapport with Members through personalised interactions and proactive support.
- Monitor satisfaction metrics (e.g. surveys, retention rates) and implement improvements based on feedback.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and onboard high-value B2B and B2B2C partners aligned with TEC’s goals to enhance brand exposure and drive revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise partnership impact and lead generation.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell TEC’s products and services through partner channels.
- Act as a TEC ambassador at high-value networking opportunities, driving brand visibility and unlocking new business leads.
Event Execution & Programming
- Oversee end-to-end event delivery and execution, ensuring smooth logistics, strong attendance, and high-impact programming with Members and external partners.
- Track ROI to refine strategy and maximise engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Reporting & Content
- Track event attendance, Member feedback, and engagement metrics to assess Community impact and Partnership ROI.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing reports for leadership
- Create content for TEC’s social media and communications channels to amplify impact
Requirement:
- 4+ years’ experience in community engagement, partnerships, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus
- Skilled in end-to-end event management and stakeholder engagement
- Entrepreneurial, with strong interpersonal skills; collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about partnerships, sales enablement, and external stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Legally authorised to work in Saudi Arabia
