Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual IT Account Manager to support our growth in the Greater China and North Asia regions. This unique role is a 50/50 split between providing crucial administrative support to the sales team and executing proactive phone/web-based upsell and cross-sell campaigns to our existing client base. This is an excellent entry-point for a junior candidate to launch a sales career within the dynamic IT and flexible workspace industry.
Responsibilities:
Job duties & Responsibilities:
Sales (50%):
· Conduct outbound calls and web demos to existing clients in Greater China (Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China) and North Asia (primarily South Korea, Japan) to present new IT products, services, and latest technology solutions.
· Execute targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns as directed by the ITBD team.
· Identify new potential needs within existing accounts through needs-based questioning.
· Nurture client relationships and ensure high satisfaction, acting as a key point of contact.
· Log all call activities, client interactions, and lead status updates meticulously in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
· Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for calls made, opportunities created, and upsell revenue.
· Maintain ‘Can Do’ attitude within the team
Administration (50%):
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT Business Development team.
· Prepare and format sales proposals, contracts, and presentation materials in both English and Chinese.
· Manage the sales team’s calendar, schedule client meetings, and coordinate web presentations or demos.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales pipelines in the CRM.
· Handle initial client inquiries via email and phone, routing them to the appropriate local teammate.
· Assist with market research and data entry projects to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Cantonese or Korean/Japanese is a significant plus.
· 0-2 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative role.
· Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills:
· Exceptional phone manner – clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
· Basic technical aptitude: a keen interest in IT, software, and technology solutions is highly desirable.
· Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
