Job Summary:
This role is responsible for analyzing business processes related to IT applications, identifying and driving process improvements, and working closely with the development team to design and implement effective business and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve business processes by identifying requirements and developing solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and developers to gather requirements and provide feedback for IT system enhancements.
- Create and execute test plans for system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, flowcharts, and user manuals.
- Propose innovative solutions and ensure system compatibility with existing software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.
- Relevant Experience required in business analyst in IT Software field: 3 years
- Experience with Agile frameworks, preferably ScrumSystem experience in Netsuite or Salesforce is highly preferred
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experience working with an agile/SCRUM team is a plus
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence is a plus
- Experience working with software system migration projects is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English is preferred
