Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Community & Partnership Associate to support our global Community & Partnership team from HQ. This is a junior role at the heart of the function, providing hands-on support that keeps community and partnership activity running smoothly across all of our markets. Working closely with the HQ team and with Community & Partnership Managers across our cities, the Associate will coordinate marketing requests and collateral, draft agreements and communications, conduct partner research and outreach, keep our databases and shared documentation current, and help maintain consistency across the markets we operate in. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable and eager to grow within a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication
- Coordinate marketing for the Community & Partnership HQ team: identify gaps, keep all collateral current, and submit and track requests with the Marketing team
- Build and share community and partnership collateral by market, both for the team's outreach and to fulfil partner deliverables
- Run the monthly social media consolidation of Community & Partnership events: set up the shared document, gather the team's submissions, compile them, and submit the final request to Marketing
- In line with the team's social media strategy, identify key accounts and posts for the team to engage with, and send requests to the social media team for events, conferences and milestone moments
Member Services & Community Engagement
- Help brainstorm new ideas, offerings and pilot programmes that elevate the department's initiatives, and support their promotion and performance evaluation
- Build and optimise the monthly member email campaigns to drive engagement, retention and revenue
- Produce content for internal and external audiences, including the global and local Community & Partnership newsletters, annual reports and community blogs
Partnership Administration & Documentation
- Draft partnership agreements from approved templates for review and finalisation
- Coordinate sponsored partnership events with the Operations & Hospitality team to ensure a seamless member experience
- Conduct database research by city to identify potential partners and ecosystem players, and draft outreach emails for the team to send
- Review the TEC member base to identify in-house partnership potential, creating win-win opportunities for TEC and the member
- Review incoming partnership enquiries, respond promptly and accurately, and keep the outreach pipeline organised and current
Data, Systems & Reporting
- Maintain the team's trackers covering leads, activations and ROI, verifying accuracy and chasing gaps at source
- Analyse data and trends, and put forward recommendations based on the findings
- Resolve day-to-day system queries for community platforms (event management tools, email marketing software), and maintain a central knowledge hub of Community & Partnership best practices, training resources and reference documents
Team & Ad-Hoc Support
- Create and maintain the training plan for the Community & Partnership team, scheduling sessions and keeping the timetable current
- Help organise regular HQ events that build internal community culture
- Collaborate with teams across TEC to ensure alignment on shared projects and priorities
- Provide ad-hoc support to locations without a dedicated Community Manager, and to wider team projects as they arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years of work experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Confident writer, able to produce clear, engaging content for newsletters, collateral and social media
- Comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, event management and email marketing platforms, shared drives, and presentation software (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable analysing data to spot trends and inform recommendations
- A collaborative team player who can work with colleagues across multiple cities and time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- A genuine interest in community building, partnerships or the flexible workspace industry
