Job Summary:
Service Revenue is a core department at The Executive Centre, responsible for driving revenue growth across 4 key verticals: Meetings & Events, Virtual Office & Coworking, Community & Partnerships, and Food & Beverage. The Service Revenue HQ Team (SR HQ Team) is growing and based in Hong Kong, providing support across all 36+ cities within the TEC network, all sharing the goal of driving innovation, excellence, and maximum profit for TEC.
This person will support partnership strategy and execution, and TEC's conference presence, to drive brand visibility and revenue, while also contributing to Community's revenue products, CSR, and member engagement strategies to strengthen the community experience across markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is energised by cross-functional collaboration, is comfortable resolving conflict and ambiguity, and is passionate about building TEC’s global partnership network.
Responsibilities:
Partnerships & Business Development
- Support the execution of the Community & Partnership (C&P) strategy and manage the pipeline on a day-to-day basis, including research and recommendations on market focus, deal structures (barter/in-kind, referral, co-branded) and target partners.
- Identify and onboard B2B and B2B2C partners across multiple markets globally, in line with TEC’s objectives and brand positioning.
- Support local teams in sourcing and pitching new partnership opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the day-to-day running of TEC’s global Member Benefits programme in line with the programme strategy. This includes sourcing global benefits across most regions, supporting local teams in identifying and assessing local benefits that fit their markets, and tracking and reporting ROI across the programme.
- Represent TEC and coordinate TEC’s participation in key industry events and conferences, covering collateral and delegate management as well as on-the-ground support and post-event follow-up.
Revenue & Product Development
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through C&P activity, working with local teams to drive revenue across TEC’s products and services, including Meetings & Events, Virtual Office and Coworking & F&B.
- Support the development of new revenue-generating initiatives and products within Community and Partnerships, including sponsored activations, partner packages and paid member offers, from research and business case through to rollout and performance tracking.
Marketing & Communications
- Maintain the global C&P calendar and the internal community calendar, gathering insights from local teams on key events, national days and moments to capitalise on partnership opportunities.
- Liaise with C&P teams on their marketing needs and collateral updates, working with regional Marketing Managers to ensure seamless implementation, and support TEC’s LinkedIn Community and Partnerships strategy to maximise reach.
Community Oversight
- Contribute to and develop new initiatives and campaigns that drive community growth and retention across markets.
- Support the CSR strategy by consolidating initiatives into the annual CSR report and expanding impact where possible.
- Build relationships with premium brands to bring curated activations and experiences to TEC centres globally, reinforcing TEC's positioning and elevating the member experience.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of the C&P team members, including hands-on coaching for community managers who need additional support, and provide ad hoc support to locations without a dedicated community manager.
Cross-Functional & City Head Alignment
- Assist in resolving conflicting priorities across teams, partners, and markets, helping to apply and maintain guardrails (e.g. venue sponsorship policy, discount thresholds) to reduce recurring friction.
- Help communicate global priorities to local teams and support their implementation, working alongside City Heads.
- Act as a bridge between local teams and HQ, sharing expertise and opportunities across the TEC network and product verticals; channelling market intelligence, partner leads, and City Head feedback into HQ strategy; and coordinating regular reviews of partnership and community activity.
- Implement new initiatives by coordinating with local teams and other departments, developing SOPs and creating presentations for smooth rollouts.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, community management, events or marketing, ideally within flexible workspace, hospitality, real estate or a membership-based business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
- Exposure to partnership models such as barter/in-kind, referral and co-branded arrangements, and an understanding of how to measure their value.
- Hands-on experience coordinating events or conferences, covering logistics, collateral, on-site delivery and follow-up.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across markets and time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence in building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data to track performance and ROI; familiarity with Salesforce, Notion or event management tools is an advantage.
- A commercial mindset, with experience supporting sales, upselling or revenue-generating initiatives, and a genuine interest in community building and the flexible workspace industry.
