Assistant Manager - Investment & Revenue

Job Summary:

The role sits in Service Revenue team which is a core department at The Executive Centre, focusing on driving revenue in non-Serviced Office product lines (Meetings & Events, Virtual Office, Coworking, Community, Partnerships, and Food & Beverage). The centralisation of these products has created greater synergies and efficiencies, facilitating a greater focus on product innovation and revenue growth. There is a growing Service Revenue HQ Team (SR HQ Team) based in Hong Kong, who provide support across all 38+ cities within the TEC network, all sharing the ultimate goal of driving maximum profit for TEC.

The Assistant Manager will support the optimisation of existing product lines to drive revenue growth, with a dedicated focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical - leading the implementation and coordination of new systems, driving F&B product standards, developing marketing strategies, and conducting research to identify and drive the implementation of new products in viable markets. They will support a variety of projects on a day-to-day basis, focused on systems, project management, financial analysis, marketing, research, and product line-specific tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams at HQ and globally. Responsibilities:

Management and Coordination of Food & Beverage Initiatives

  • Work closely with relevant departments to manage and implement system adjustments that enhance business development and elevate client experience
  • Lead in defining logic requirements for the rollout of platform updates and improvements, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency
  • Drive initiatives to improve product tracking and data accuracy in Salesforce, establishing best practices for data management
  • Coordinate the rollout of new initiatives by leading communication efforts with local teams, collaborating with HQ departments, and developing comprehensive SOPs and presentations to ensure effective implementation
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of Food & Beverage for new Centre expansions, actively participating in project planning and execution

Revenue & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in preparing financial summaries, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership
  • Maintain a centralised F&B product and standards database to efficiently store and track relevant information across the global network
  • Develop and implement structured processes, SOPs, and training for F&B rollouts to ensure alignment and consistency across markets
  • Monitor pricing strategies, inventory and cost-of-goods (COGS) tracking to protect margins
  • Utilise data analytics tools to develop and oversee reports for F&B projects, providing insights that support informed decision-making
  • Assist in the F&B budgeting process by gathering and organising data

Marketing Strategy

  • Collaborate in the development and management of the global marketing collaterals for F&B, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to accurately reflect changes in global inventory and products across TEC's digital platforms and price guides
  • Assist the Marketing Team in providing effective communication of key messages for sales materials, and the creation of presentations and newsletters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning project management or commercial/revenue functions, with some exposure to managing people or leading projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to build models and interpret performance data; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving
