Job Summary:
Strategic and results-driven Assistant Manager of Business Development to lead our Executive Business Development team. This role will oversee sales initiatives, enhance client engagement, and drive revenue growth while supporting the development of the sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibility:
- Sales Target Achievement: Lead the team in meeting and exceeding defined sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth both individually and collectively.
- Client Engagement: Oversee and conduct professional viewings of sellable spaces, ensuring an exceptional and informative experience for potential clients.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting according to agreed formats, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, fostering loyalty and facilitating repeat business.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement structured sales strategies to drive team success and achieve business objectives.
- License Agreement Preparation: Supervise the preparation of license agreements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Outreach Initiatives: Lead outreach efforts with third-party agents and broker partners to enhance product awareness through visits, events, and networking.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive social media campaigns and other promotional activities that align with sales goals.
- Operational Support: Work closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and client services.
- KPI Management: Oversee the daily management and analysis of key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for new sales initiatives and team development.
Requirement:
- Graduation/ Master in any related specialised field
- At least 4-6 years of successful sales experiences in premium Hotels, Business Centres or any relevant field.
