Job Summary:
The Command Centre Operations Manager serves as a central operational coordination point for the Company's flex workspace portfolio across the TEC network and portfolio.Working in the shift patterns based in TEC centre, the role provides operational support and coordination across covering different time zones, ensuring that operational issues, incidents, system matters, service requests, and business-critical information are appropriately captured, escalated, tracked and resolved.
The role acts as the central link between HQ functions, local operations teams, technology and system owners, and other relevant stakeholders, while also supporting the development and maintenance of operational standards, SOPs, communication channels and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support and act as a central point of contact for operational matters across APAC and the Middle East
- Monitor, coordinate and escalate operational incidents, internal tickets and support requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution
- Work closely with local operations teams and relevant HQ stakeholders to address operational issues and maintain effective communication
- Support the administration and optimisation of key operational systems, including survey, mail handling, ticketing, intranet and other business platforms
- Review, update and maintain SOPs, operational standards and related documentation
- Support the rollout of operational initiatives, process changes and system enhancements across the region
- Host and facilitate operational meetings, training sessions and SOP update briefings
- Consolidate operational information, feedback and recurring issues from local teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain effective shift handovers and ensure continuity of operational support across different time zones
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring operational challenges and recommending process, system or service enhancements
- Proactive involvement in any TEC centre in the pre-opening stage
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by Management from time to time, in support of the organisation’s operational and business needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations, hospitality, workspace, facilities, service delivery, business operations or a related field
- Prior experience in a coworking / flex office operator would be highly advantageous
- Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment preferred and strong operational coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple challenges and priorities simultaneously
- Strong documentation and process management skills
- Comfortable working with operational systems and technology platforms
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently during assigned shift coverage
- Ability to make sound judgement regarding escalation and prioritisation
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus at least one additional language relevant to TEC’s key markets
- Successful candidate will be required to work out of a TEC centre
