HR Specialist

Job Summary:

Under the guidance of the manager, plan, organize and coordinate HR activities to support the
implementation of the HR strategies and business plan in the areas of employee life cycle
management,international assignment support, Recruiting, benefits, and employee relations, etc., per company's HR policies and procedures.

Responsibility:

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probationary reviews, contract administration, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
  • Responsible for the company's daily attendance and leave management
  • Work closely with hiring manager to ensure talent requirements are identified and aligned to business objectives.
  • Organize and host new hires' orientation. Be responsible for preparing the HR internal communications and relevant documentation such as employment certification, release letter, Promo letter etc. P-file management, ensure the complete of documentation
  • HR system (SAP Success Factors ) employee data check and maintenance. Coordinate local/Regional Master data activities.
  • Assist to build and enhance employee relations, assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, Hukou / Residence Permit applications, occupational injury certification application etc. as a strong contact window for local employee’s questions.
  • Participate in Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in human resource management, statistics, related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR management and similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • SAP Success Factors HRIS experience will be a plus
  • Good internal and external communication and coordination skills in both English and Chinese

Essential Skill:

1 CET-4 or above

2 Working knowlegdge of HR systems, particulaly Success Factors.
